For the following categories we offer Standard USPS Ground shipping with insurance for a flat rate of $11: 

** USPS insurance will cover up to $5,000 in indemnity to protect against loss or damage. There are limitations for insuring some products and certain items. Priority Mail Express® and Priority Mail® may include insurance in the price of service**

All orders take 1-2 businesses days to process and ship. Orders placed before 2pm, can have it shipped the same day if specified as a "High Priority" in the notes section at check out.

Orders can be shipped on Saturdays but extra fees may be applied. Orders will NOT be shipped on Sundays or Holidays.

We also offer IN STORE pick up for our local customers. Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout to pick up your items. Bring a copy of your order and a photo ID to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 calendar days.

Lucy Rose Holiday Return Policy:
Holiday Gifts purchased between 11/24-12/24 may be returned for store credit up to 10 days after 12/25. All gifts must be returned prior to January 4, 2018. All returns MUST be accompanied with a gift receipt. 
*ALL art, cosmetics, consignment pieces, intimate apparel, & sale items purchased as gifts are FINAL SALE!
 
  • For unworn/unused merchandise with tags intact and accompanied with a receipt bought IN STORE or ONLINE may be returned or exchanged for store credit only. Shoes that are purchased online that are being shipped or picked up in store may be returned for store credit. Shoes that are purchased IN STORE are FINAL SALE unless they are purchased as a gift.
  • Items purchased IN STORE or via "In-Store Pickup" online, the return window is 7 DAYS from purchase date
  • Items purchased ONLINE may be exchanged or returned within 14 DAYS from purchase date. Please email us at info@shoplucyrose.com with your return request. Please include your web order number, the item you wish to return and your name. Once your return request is received and approved, you will have 3 days to ship the item back to our mailing address: 3318 Magazine Street New Orleans, La 70115. Once you ship the package, you will then email us the tracking information. Once we received your return item, we will credit your account and email you a receipt.  

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For Shipped Web Orders: Orders may be cancelled within the same day the order is placed. After the day of purchase, store credit will be issued if you choose to cancel the order with 3 DAYS of purchase date. Note: This only applies to orders that have NOT been shipped out. Once orders have been shipped, you can not cancel the order. 
  • For Store Pick Up Web Orders: Same policy as "Shipped Web Orders" applies. If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at info@shoplucyrose.com. Please include your NAME and WEB ORDER NUMBER.

***GIFT RETURN POLICY***

Accessories, Shoes, & Jewelry may be returned within 7 days from purchase date for store credit only if purchased as a gift. IT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A GIFT RECEIPT FOR EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT.

GIFT CERTIFICATES / STORE CREDIT

 

Currently gift cards/store credits CAN NOT be used online but can be used in store. Gift Cards and Store Credits will be available for purchase and use online in the near future.
